Got a vibration in the sticks! Hit a metal disk in the yard, bent one of the blades up pretty good. Amazon carry's these, as does Lowes. We ordered a new set, got them slapped on in about 10 minutes, and made sure they worked. EGO ZERO TURN 42" Mower Blade Replacement is too easy!

I used a mower jack on mine. It can be tricky and tight getting the blades on and off but I was able to do it.

I spent a total of 6 hours trying to put my mower deck back on. the lift pins do not line up. I wrote about it 3 weeks ago, and just yesterday finally got it back on after a lot of wedges and levering. Will you let me know if your mower jack feels safe when you lay beneath it while wrenching on the blade bolts? Also what make of jack do you use? I'm looking at a MOJACK HDL 500. I don't have an impact wrench either.

Bit of an exclusion where you struggle to get the lift pins back in the holes? I have the 52" deck, and by myself it takes a lot of pry bar work and boards to get the holes lined up. I thought my John Deere was bad to put the deck back on. Not much difference, except the pneumatic cushioned seat is terrific on the EGO! Edit: It took 1 hour to put the John Deere deck back on. This EGO? I spent 4 hours, and still can't line the holes up. Tomorrow I'll continue. And I bought this because the EGO demo looks so easy. Wrong!
