I never loved rain, angry people,... I also never truly loved myself. When my awakening started I've started learning about who I am and how to heal all past karma, etc. And one day I was outside and it was raining and I love it! 😯 I was so amazed, couldn't believe myself. I even love angry people now and yes, I finally love myself. For me that's a miracle... Just a year and a half ago, everything was so different, I was in the dark and now I only see the light. I just laid down all I had, backed my ass into the fake corner and tried everything I learned from "law of attraction" and manifesting, to affirmations and declarations, meditating and finally begging lol and none of it was working. I was in an absolutely non resistant state until I got an eviction notice (3 day) and my car was about to be repo'd. I went without food many times in the last 3 years, because I had the head knowledge, but wanted the love story. I have listened to everything Aaron had on ego and when i put it to test it was absolutely a hot ugly mess.😂 Crying and duality, but I asked to know if God would take care of me. I did not hide, I faced it head on and said "this is either true or its not" no job, no food, only knowledge. In the past month I had $3. I do not know how you can be too poor to get food stamps 😂 but I had $20 too much when I applied, but by the time my application processed you can trust and believe I qualified! I knew if I compromised I would never know. It was a free fall of absolute horror 😂 and resistance! It felt very deliberate on my part, then on God's lol a literal "will you love me for who "I AM" I gave you the fabulous apartment, I gave you the car. Will you trust me? Tomorrow I was to be evicted and I kept saying "this is just a rope not a snake." I cannot say I recommend this or that I did it with any kind of love towards the end of it. My friends have taken me to eat (they did not need to know my journey, but some very close ones did and had great mercy, but prob thought what a nut job or more like, "get a job") I had tried so many times and apparently kept experiencing this lack because inevitably I would reach for something or someone besides Source. This time there was a voice saying "if you take money from your abusers you will never know this love or how to love them" or "if you take money from your friends (who do not have it, but would give it) than you have robbed them." They did not choose this journey, yet my friends love me like that. I knew I would be robbing myself and them. I hope somebody reads this novella and that if you are crapping up your ascension that this helps you know that you literally cannot do it wrong. Just do it, let it all collapse. Some of us have big ego records God has to take off the turn table & flip to side B. I wish I had a younger analogy 🙃 and though I am aging backward I used to listen to records 😂 I love to give, I love to help. I was always the one picking up check, paying other people's bills, buying gifts, making the $$$, but I gave because of lots of love and come to find out a whole shit load of ego! I said I loved God, but I did not love the one named Courtney, or even like her much. I did not know how to receive love from anyone, myself or God. I left my 100k corporate job with 750+ credit, because I have never been so poor in all my life. I was sick, it was not true prosperity. My hair was falling out, I had endocrine disease, was in a toxic relationship with my job (my dr literally said that) my ex, myself, my family all TOXIC! The cry in my heart was to love and to embody love. I wanted to forgive my abusers which I did as an act of will only, not love. I wanted to love people who offended me and man I tried! So 3 years later and 40k of debt😂😂😂 I finally really let go and what a freak show! I would go from surrender to a tantrum. I cannot speak to something I have not lived and I love to be a cheerleader, but I came here to love, and to be filled with love meant to surrender ego. I am His beloved son (daughter) One with the infinite One and I knew this in my head, but not experiencially. Will I lay it all down? I kept saying "all the golds mine, all the silver is mine" and "nothing shall be impossible to them" The ego started telling my sob story. Aaron you always seemed so cool about all this😂 I was wondering if you ever looked like a hot mess during your journey??😂 God had come through time and time again, but I had never fully surrendered to this level not all I had! Which at this time is not even jack compared to 3 years ago!? I could feel inside that if I reached for someone I would never know the heart piece and the heart peace. I would be a clanging gong. I hope this helps somebody. I needed to read this story last week! Lol God and I are one, He can be trusted. When I talk about Him I will know that integrity of my heart in my core that I AND MY FATHER are One. When I tell a single mother working corporate America that she does not have to sacrifice her health and time with her children, that God will provide and when I tell her my stories it will come from my true love which is void without experiencing it. It is true freedom. I cannot be stuck in survival mode, because now I really truly know! I love you guys so much and if I could encourage anybody with anything it would be do not resist and it will be over in an instant or 3 years 6 months🤣 it does not matter how long, I just know one thing I am here for all of it❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ I love you guys so much and Feel loved and chosen and not seperated. I AM INCLUDED AND ALWAYS WAS, THE DIFFERENCE IS, NOW I KNOW❤

Excellent explanation Aaron of how spiritual development needs to become embodied and actualized. That explains to me why many if not most of the people who talk about for example nonduality seem to have an excellent steering wheel but I don't see the car moving, they haven't stepped on the gas pedal in the heart yet.

This resonates a lot. Today was probably one of the most baffling days to the mind. Essentially it felt as if my mind and heart worked together to form this kind of metaphysical energy stream that was connected to all, and when the mind sent any thoughts through they would manifest within minutes. I was fully aware of the minds activity and also the hearts and just naturally felt the connection and the understanding on how to use it in the now so anything that was sent through was only focused on one thing. The experience was also quite psychedelic to be accurate. (No drugs were taken) My mind was very baffled by this but I knew it was natural. You have helped me see myself, thank you. Ps there’s no actual way my mind could describe the whole experience with text or even spoken word, but the unity with infinity is such a feeling that I could never become unaware of it. It was always there and it will always be so again thank you wholeheartedly

It's funny that this video came to me today because I've been trying to embody everything I've learned and practice Self ❤️ Love and acceptance and not judging my mistakes. But I made a terrible mistake and lost a little puppy I was caring for yesterday and let her out while I was feeding the other animals and she was right by me but s turned my attention away to feed the other animals and she disappeared. I looked every where and it broke my heart and just can't stop crying and the pain I feel in my heart because I let her down and now she's gone. I keep looking for the lesson that is being taught and I feel that if I just accept that I made a mistake and not judge myself for being so careless to let her get lost, Iam letting myself off and not be responsible for the pain I caused her and it feels like I am by passing responsibility and making excuses for my carelessness. Its very painful all I wanted to do was care for this sick little puppy and nurse her back to health and I failed. Its hard to forgive myself. Maybe that is the lesson she's trying to teach me. Self-forgiveness...?

I relate to that feeling of "I'm letting myself off" so much. But yes self-forgiveness is true self-knowledge. This video talks so much about being loving to all - we forget that this includes unconditionally loving ourselves too! Aaron this video is so important. I am curious, did you find any of this information directly in sastra? I studied the Vedas for a long time but realize now this component regarding the heart and emotional aspect of our experience was not there or at least not discussed! All emotion seemed to be reduced to raga / dvesa and as simply the workings of maya. Until finding David Hawkins and you I feel like this SUPER IMPORTANT knowledge has not been integrated into any teachings I've followed. Thank you again so much 🙏

Hi Aaron, if you could describe with words what Love actually is or how it expresses itself, it would give me maybe us a better insight of how the embodiment of Love looks like..? I struggle with this.. I thought I was giving Love to well people around me always doing the right/loving thing.. (supporting others, listening, advising, showing interest, putting time and effort into others etc) and it has left me burned out. So with my experience I struggle with this and think to my self, no that hasn't worked out (maybe approaching this to mental)(but also feeling emotional a lack of love) So in my thinking experience is would say; I have to Give the loving attention first to myself until my cup is full, maybe then I am able to give more freely.. But this is not something you talk about? so I'm a bit confused in this, what is your view on this? * sidenote I am noticing that my 'ego' but I feel more like my inner child hasn't got the loving care and attention it wanted and needed, so therefore it feels left out in this.. I notice an complaining attitude about this.. not really sure how to handle this, do you or someone who is reading experience in this? would appreciate it a lot 🙏 Thank you for all that you do, I love your content 💚
