See my laptop when i turn it on for one second the keyboard will backlight and turn off and will stay turned off, so it technically should but can't find any setting or anything to enable it 😑

@@cristinamintas3462 search how to turn it on or search the problem on the internet on how to fix it but I'm pretty sure you already did that so you could do a factory reset but if u do then make sure everything is backed up by cloud or anything similar to that and if all else fails then it's probably because your laptop is broken

On my Acer Aspire A515-43, it's the Microsoft command key + the key where F8 is on (that key has an icon that has a square with the letter A in it and something resembling sun rays expanding from it. Just like a keyboard key and rays of light.)

On my Excalibur G770, it’s the Fn + Spacebar and it worked just fine. All was thanks to TJ. I didn’t see anything through control panel so I went on to search on google as he instructed and I’m happy it worked. Kudos ✊

If the f5 or f2 key at the top of your keyboard has a different looking "design" I don't know what to call it but if it looks different it probably is but if it doesn't then it does not
