I’ve entered a flow state, it was so cool, it’s like you’re so focused that you don’t even breath and just focus

I've entered flow state many times and those times were in my favourite sport basketball the times I entered it I felt all my fears left and my sight of everyone in the match became slower. I SOLOED a team once by flow state that time I did not go for summer to become 10× better. But after summer coaching I could not get it much anymore but now in 13yrs going to turn 14 and I recently experienced it! While playing my sport!😊 I was very happy that I had received such a skill and now I get to progress it further! Thank you!

Love this video: I hit the FLOW state all the time so gonna add one ADJUSTMENT to all FACTORS. Be specific or go more general depending on how anxious/heavy/stressed each factor is. Goals. Deadline. Distractions. 1 hour too stressing>? make it a day to complete. Learning to edit too easy? Be more specific, pick up color-correcting, or matting, etc. Distractions all gone and the same remote task too ez/boring, make it fun; put in some music. Hope this helps!

1. Decide what you want to do 2. Deadine 3. Focus on work, no distractions. If you're distracted, immediately come back to work. And not distractions even in the break Make your work most exciting

what do you mean by 'a deadline that forces you to work slightly less than you normally would'?
@syedyousafbukhari22134 ай бұрын
like let's say study for 1 hr, set the deadline.. and you might be working more than 1hr normally..

Flow is something else, no precise targets, just be in the moment doing what you like to do, let it happen and it will happen. Sometimes the opposite you were planning. Flow is not the same as stress.

wait i thought you meant like the youtuber flowstate
@hilium67309 ай бұрын
do you mean a deadline that forces you to work more, not less ?
@detectiveMM6 ай бұрын
Maybe he means that if you have a two hour deadline on something you can usually get it done as opposed if you had not given yourself any deadline, you would’ve taken like eight hours on it

What he saying ??? One feature that sets Irish English apart is its rhoticity, which, like American English, leaves no R unpronounced. Another difference is how spoken Ts sound more like CHs, so “two” sounds more like “chew.” Similarly, Ds sound more like Js to the non-Irish ear, so “idiot” comes out sounding like eejit.
