I don't think you can. It's there exactly for such reasons.

Hold shift button when you select shutdown from start menu or login screen. It will shutdown the laptop completely so the next time you turn it on again it will boot from scratch.

I can not enter my legacy BIOS: Toshiba v2.10 (latest version), windows 10 legacy mode, on an Toshiba Dynabook Qosmio X770-13G. HELP?! Which button to press on start up? Just RESTART the PC from Windows and press F12, that gets you to the boot menu.
