How to build your own shin bone strengthener
Things You will need for building shin bone strengthener
1. Natural Wooden log. more than shoulder width.
2. Very strong glue. (Super Glue).
3. Carpenters Glue.
3. Natural rope. (I used 20 Meters).
4. Strap/ rope. (About 4 Meters).
5. Gloves. (In order to prevent glue from sticking to your hands).
6. Knife. (To clean wood if needed)
7. Driller, it you want to drill holes to connect strap.
8. Energy and patience.
