I am a Peruvian-Canadian, and currently live in Canada, I have a background in IT as a software developer. What do you suggest regarding where and when to apply for a EB2-NIW Visa? Would you suggest that I apply to EB2 NIW from here in Canada or look for a Canadian TN visa and then apply for the EB2 NIW once I am in the USA? I have a brother petition since 2010, is there a conflict between a possible TN visa and my brother petition? I have a couple of daughters who were 16 and 14 years old when my brother applied for the I-130. Is there any issue with them if I apply for an EB2 NIW or TN visa.? Thank you, have a great day.
