How To Execute The Give-And-Go (1-2) | Where Beginners Go Wrong

The give-and-go, otherwise known as the 1-2, will occur many times on a football pitch. Creating passing triangles will allow a team to successfully navigate around the opposition. Great video. Very helpful. Only extra bit of advice I might give is that the initial pass, in the video orientation, should not be to the receiver's feet but slightly to the right of their right foot. To make it as easy as possible for them to make the return pass. This was sort of touched on when passer 1 made a poor pass to the receiver's left side.
