Excellent video content! Excuse me for chiming in, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you ever tried - Schallingora Income Technics Scheme (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? It is a smashing one off product for discovering the key to mastering meditation without the hard work. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my cooworker at very last got astronomical results with it.

To add onto journaling, I use a gratitude list where I simply list things I'm grateful for. This helps train my subconscious so that I begin to think more gratefully and therefore feel more abundance in this world. Atleast that's my experience.

I strongly recommend The Six Pillars of Self-Esteem. This book raised my awareness to the limits I place in my self (or more accurately, the limits I’ve allowed to be placed on myself).

Meditate for the sake of meditating. When you genuinly try to observe your mind you are already succesful.

I had a prophetic dream last year, I had it and wrote it about 10 months ago. Then about a month ago it happened in real life without me realizing it because the dream was so random that I'd forgotten all about it. A few days later I randomly decided to read those old dreams and when I read that dream I reaaaally understood that we experience time linearly, but everything past, present and future is always happening at once somewhere outside of this dimension. I've had a lot of time to think about it now, and reading the dream again and again it's objectively undeniable (to me) that I had a glimpse of my own future in 1st person.

Psychedelics are something I would really like to try, but I know I am not ready. Meditating has been huge and so powerful for me, and I think using meditation to help me and heal me I think I will be able to one day try psychedelics with no fear.

Although the number of people watching your videos is relatively small, I think they find them very effective as I do. Keep it up! Bonus question: I know that psychedelics do not harm the brain but but could they stop cognitive development if taken at an early age? (like 17-18 yrs old) I am asking because I know the can permanently stop some DMN activity and I want to know if there is any danger besides consuming them mentally unprepared. If you know any vids or documentaries about this please send me the link!
