I would love to talk more about how to overcome what our body remembers as a result of trauma and how our relationship with God plays a part in that.

Hi Kobe! Love your content. I'd love to hear a talk about how to let go of unhealthy beliefs your "inner me" does not want to release as a result of childhood trauma.

You made this video for me, in the space I’m in right now. And the breathing at the end (out more than in) feels like a physical embodiment or practice of 1 Peter 5:7 in a way. Thank you ❤

Ok, I'm going to be honest- I struggled with your message, and I know something is wrong with the fact that I did struggle. I grew up in an era where we wore struggle, hardship, and discomfort as a badge of honor. It was as if the pain level you experience, particularly on a job, was a measure of future growth and success. You're congratulated and admired for the hardship you endured to progress (even if I felt something was off with this thought). A lot of my GenX friends and I were taught that we have to go through discomfort to grow. How do you healthily distinguish between discomfort that is good for growth and to stay and discomfort that's toxic and you should leave.- thanks.
