How to export and import templates in QuickBooks

i got custom invoice templates with .docx file and need to import in quickbook desktop. so how can i do ? I see only file type is .DES for Quick Book Desktop. so How Do I import my word Template File or Convert it to .DES . Need Help to do it please help me to upload it

Why export and import when you can just go to manage templates and click copy?

Wall Street if you want to export and import into different company files. Copy works if you want to keep it in the same file.
