is there anyway i cna export the texture to 1 Image only or merge it before or after Exporting?

Didn't work for some reason. It says it's exporting the correct number of maps but then I get less than stated exported and no specular map.

Probably because you don't have specular layer in texture sets

Sorry if it is hard to follow, I didn't intend it to seem like I was in a hurry. I just aim to keep it as simple and concise as possible so the video is no longer than necessary.
