hey :) your video helped me, but... i wasnt happy about the result at all. (maybe something on instagram changes since your video) my case: 15 sec story with music sticker, a background video and graphics on top of the video with alot of transparent parts. i did alot of testing. i uploaded at least 50 stories with different preference. i tried sizes up to "1080p" and bitrates between 5 and 40 with and without CBR. i want to share my result with you: resolution: 720 x 1280 px bitrate: CBR 15 audio: disabled rendered videos: 25 - 27 mb uploaded videos: 500 kb - 3,83 mb

I just did a 1080 version as well as a 480. uploaded both, and the 1080 clip looks way better. Am i missing something???

Instagram probably changed that. Mine videos also look much better when exported as FHD than 480.
