Do the boards start to get uneven as you go across the deck. I. E. Do I need to check dimensions so the decking does not end up running on a slight angle. I know with treated decking the gaps may start to run uneven and we need to adjust the gap from time to time.

I have actually switched methods now, i'm using the camo system, i was finding that the tiger claw can sometimes tip the board a bit if your not careful, its still a great tool but not nearly as fast or accurate as the camo clip system. and to answer your question, yes if you don't hit the clip in right, it can start to create a wave effect in your deck, so you need to constantly be checking for straight lines, that's why camo is better.

Snap multiple lines and measure your distance every other course or so.

How do you remove the boards after they're fitted with this system. They look they're shot in on an angle

you have to use a phillips bit to remove the clip, I actually prefer the Camo system to this, I had way to many problems with Tiger claw clips. if you had to remove a board you would have to cut it up, no easy way really. then to replace you would have to face screw the new board

We use TC clips on all our trex decking. It is kind of annoying to remove a clip, but it can be done with a Phillips if you're careful. You know, the old adage about prevention is better than the cure.

Typically I will use screws with matching plugs. Like Cortex.
