His style is a type of kata called kyokushin karate, I definitely recommend it. It's one of the most effective types of karate out there.

If you wanna fight like jin ….. do shin karate ( basically kyokushin karate with head punches allowed so you gotta use punching elements from boxing ).Jins style is based on kyokushin karate . The moves he does in the game such as most of the low roundhouse kicks , kazama5 hit style combo and sweeps and the rolling thunder are all irl Kyokushin moves . He does some boxing punches as well , as in his one two punch combination . Some of the other moves have good setups for his side kicks and punches which are reminiscent of the Dutch kickboxing style . So to top it off basically learn kyokushin karate , boxing and some kickboxing setups .Mix those off and you fight like jin .
