How To Fight On The Inside with Viddal Riley

basically exactly the way mike Tyson was taught to get inside.. fast rapid head movement whilst shuffling forward step by step.. if you are not well conditioned this style can blow you out .FASSSST lol.. I think thats why Tyson started to disregard this movement when he got rid of Rooney.. he stopped all that.. probably couldn't be fucked with it anymore as its too taxing haha.. but for conors weight its probably not as taxing maybe
