This one is simple: when fighting someone bigger or stronger you must hurt them for real and do it fast, you must take them out with a couplle quick shots. Go for the head, throat, groin, any place that you can hurt them bad quick. You must hurt them bad quick before they get a chance to get a hold of you. You don't have to fight fair, use anything at your disposal.

some people will use their body weight to gain the upper hand, one guy who relied on grappling lost to someone who relied on their weight and strength and that guy lost to someone who relied on submission and foot work. the guy who had submissiona nd foot work lost to the grappler. grappler beats submission specailist, who beats the weight and strength specailist who beats the grappler. some techniques don't work against other styles.
