@sinp dream, for imm5406 form which is to be filled in english and native, what i did was, filled the form in english and took print and in the same field wrote the names in native lang and then again scanned and submitted. .. they accepted the form.. not necessary to upload a different form for native lang

Hello, I have sponsored my Parents and in the application I have submitted two IMM5406E, one for my Dad and one for my mom. I got an email from IRCC asking to send a newly filled secondary Applicant form again which I did, but again they sent me an email asking: Additional Family Info IMM5406: A separate and newly completed Additional Family Information form (IMM5406) bearing original signatures. Please ensure to complete section A, section B and section C as applicable. Be sure to not leave any fields blank or incomplete. This must be received at this office by: 2022/12/12 (Now I totally lost here as I don't see any issue in that form, it is 100% filled and then signed with the date) any advise?

You should select Married physically present. CIC just wants to know whether you and your wife were both physically present at your own wedding. This is because they do not accept marriage over the phone, or proxy marriages, though they used to. Hope this helps!!

In sponsorship forms, this form is not mentioned that needs to be filled out by sponsor, only by person being sponsored, so there is no switching places for names. Thank you

@@RanjitSingh-wy4ku hello, I was confused but not anymore :), just have to search and pay attention to DOCUMENT CHECKLIST, it is the most important form as it really explains everything you need to fill out, if you are a sponsor, it tells you which forms you need to fill out.... if you are principal applicant, which forms you need to fill out and there are some forms that both sponsor and principal applicant need to fill out... form like RELATIONSHIP INFORMATION AND SPONSOR EVALUATION, this form both people need to fill out together, because half of the forms are to be filled out by sponsor and other half by principal applicant..... just read everything and search but always check twice as this guy in this video is very confusing and also don't leave anything blank... nothing.. if your answer doesn't apply, always write N/A... they are telling us to leave some blank, but you shouldn't....Good luck

Would suggest to add a word document and create the same table for section C. Mention your name, Form name, Section in the word document so that reviewing officer can identify a relation between these two Forms. Hope this helps. Thanks!!

I think you are wrong....only principal applicant needs to fill out this form, not both principal applicant and sponsor.... read a check list

@@merimapopovic913 couple of things you need to understand: Amandeep is not yet in Canada so he needs to fill two copies, each one for himself and his spouse as I did in my case and I got the nomination from the Sask government. Muhaned Najim is already in Canada and is sponsoring his spouse that's why he need to fill out this Form only for his spouse. Please don't consider this video as a guideline for your application. Treat this only as a helping document and if you're not convinced or confused, please try to gather as much information as you can since we have tons of material available on the internet. There were few questions I came across while filling out my Form and the whole intent is to share my experience. Thanks!!

@@sinpdream5263 I do understand that every case is different and we should treat our own cases individually but still every case is down to same situation, I am sponsoring my husband who lives in his country still and I am the one filling out all the forms, my husband is not filling out anything, the only thing he will do is sign the papers so in that case, thats why most people who are sponsoring their spouses ( outland application) are confused with your video. Amandeep is not in Canada yet but is he a sponsor or principal applicant, because by my understanding, only principal applicant a spouse that lives outside of Canada, only he needs to fill out that form but then again you said you got nomination from Sask government.
