I believe you can select Yes in this case and provide the name you used earlier (maybe on your educational documents). My spouse last name got changed after marriage so I had selected Yes to this question and provided before marriage name. No additional document is required here. I hope this answers your question. I. Yes, I think so since if the Passport still has the old name then I don't think there is a need to select "Yes". 2. Not sure about this one. Sorry. I would suggest to recheck your score after adding spouse since it may lower your score based on which you had received the ITA. If this happens, you would be in trouble. Just a thought. I think Post Graduate and Masters are one and the same thing. Select Doctorate - Ph D and also add LOE (Letter of Explanation) stating that you're currently pursuing Ph D. Hope this helps!! ?

If you had received the ITA based on a different occupation, you should not change it afterwards. The only possibility can be if the desired occupation (Nurse in your case) was also got invited when you had received the invitation and you score was more than the cutoff. I hope this make sense. No, it's clearly mentioned in the Form that you must include your Spouse or common-law partner and all of your dependent children under Dependent section so you can not include your Parents as dependents. Thanks!!

You made 2 blunder mistakes while filing this form that tells us that you are not an educated IRCC agent. This form can not be printed and signed at all. Printing will spoil the barcode information that is generated after validating. Secondly, you forgot to validate at the end. sorry but you got stuck and tried to take easy way out instead of doing what you were supposed to do.
