I am a little confused. I thought you had to put a phrase which you think a book buyer is likely to type in the search box.

Hi, Can words in 7 boxes be repeated? Example. If in the first box we wrote: 'keto diet book' then can we give the second one: 'keto diet for beginners' ? and here the words 'keto diet' are repeated it is known that keywords that start with the same phrase and end with a different one often refer to a product.

Hi, thanks for this video. I love your video. They have helped me so much. I like to know if I can use commas (,) to separate the keywords or just place them like that even if it may not make much sense without the comma. Thanks your anticipated response.

Would you use the same keywords for each of your book versions or alternative ones? For example, different keywords for ebook versus the ones you use for paperback and hardcover? Or would you use the same for each?

I wish the whole world wasn't a big index now. I miss the days we walked into a bookstore and found good books with great titles and book covers. Now we can't have great creative titles because everyone is searching for keyword terms? It's awful.

Thank you so much for this video, Sean! I was just about to focus on this part of the process haha. One question though, is it allowed to have some of the same words of the title/subtitle in your 7 backend keywords? Let's say for example your title is 'Keto for Beginners' and in your backend keywords you might have 'keto diet' and 'keto recipes'. As you can see the word 'keto' in itself is used multiple times but in different combinations, I wonder if this is allowed? Thanks in advance!

Hey Sean, great little tutorial on 7 backend keywords. I do have a question. When you say that Amazon does do reshuffles to match the customer's search terms in the "same box", does that mean Amazon won't do the same for other boxes i.e. take one keyword from one box and then another keyword from another box?

Just a question, should each box be grammatically correct when we use multiple keywords in the same box? Or just write a couple of keywords next to each other even if they don't form a correct sentence?

We should not use the word "Book" in our 7 keywords slots? I use it in all of my book! I don't think this is true, it doesn't make sense, the word "Book" is not like a trademark, and it's not similar to: best, new, free, etc.
@peaceandquiet Жыл бұрын
EDIT: I just checked it out, and you are right, the word "book" is prohibited and can't be used in any of the 7 keyword slots.

Why using word book in 7 keyword is not allowed
@chrisford7351 Жыл бұрын
This is very good, but have tried this and it does not work. It makes sense but again- I no like. These keywords you put in are not really what you are looking for, if you use the keywords that come up when you type in the search keyword- then that works. the title of your book should be the first keyword box is what I just learned. Now, I looked at a video that said not to do that. So, I just paid for this course yesterday 2-20-2023 and that's how it was explained. Now I am thinking who am I to believe? I am going to believe the course, the guy is a keyword expert.

Your video also fails to address an issue related to books that are NOT no/low/medium content books - f ex read aloud books for kids. Keywords should be related to what customers are searching for. However, a book in these categories would often not have a title that is already known by the customer or directly related to a keyword. Let me give you an example: I searched randomly under 'read aloud books for children' and found a book called 'THE NAME JAR'. Now, the title makes sense in relation to what happens in the book, but 'name jar' is only a relevant search term if you already know the book. It is a '...bestselling classic about finding the courage to be yourself and being proud of your background...'. Now here, there are relevant keywords - but not from a subtitle nor from the title! These are from the description on amazon and could of course be added to the seven... but again, they are not 'the important ones' placed in the title and subtitle. So, how do we go about the smart use of keywords in relation to these types of books where the keyword cannot be in the title? Nothing would be more uninspiring to buy for your kid than a book called: 'Children's school issues´... to read aloud. So, kindly - please give advice that can be useful to those books that are more literature than practical books. Thanks in advance! PS: The Name JAr has a BSR of #4,244, so it must be doing something right!
