Love your teachings❤️.......... i’ve been a fitness instructor pretty much my whole life. For people not to trust or believe that facial exercises absolutely work is crazy, lol your face is muscles just like the rest your body. It’s the time you put into it. But I will admit I’m one of the ones that slack on facial exercises but of course now that I’m in my late 50s I am on turbo! LOL

Hello Pita. Thanks for all you do. I have a hollow face and do your exercises. I also purchased a hand held device called LightStim for wrinkles. I have been using it as instructed for over a month. I think I’ve lost what little fat I had on my face and I look more haggard. Have you ever heard of this happening? This device is an led red light therapy that is supposed to encourage collagen production and plump skin.

I started following you about 6 years ago but wasn’t doing the routine properly and consequently . Now that I’m about to hit 55 I’m seining flaws here and there with myself and started to do them the property I’m blown away with the results.

Hello, Peta! It's been far to long since I've posted any comments on your videos. My recovery from Covid has been long, but my doctors are finally figuring out what's wrong with me. Without going into to much detail, I now have a condition called POTS Dysautonomia, along with autoimmune issues. But, I'm learning to live with my limitations and despite all of it, I'm still doing my face exercises. Even if that's all I do while in bed on a bad symptom day, I'm still doing them. Anyway, you look fantastic as always, and I sincerely hope you're doing well! ❤ Much love from Texas!

Hi Amy, I had Covid in August of 2021 and I was on bed rest for a month. I lost a little over 25 lbs due to Covid. I’m still trying to recover as well, my nutrient levels are finally almost back to normal. I also have an autoimmune disease that my doctors have no idea what’s going on with it. I was also left with pretty bad anemia that I’m still trying to get back to normal. So I just wanted to send you some love ❤️ ❤️ and positive vibes.

Hi Rebecca, thanks for your question. You cannot just do one exercise to correct your face. You need to be doing a full face routine because all of the muscles are interconnected. If you do just one exercise, you will create more sagging. Hi Jacqueline, thanks for letting me know about the Muscles of the Face Schematic link, it is there now. Also, I checked all the other links on youtube and they appear to be working. Remember to do this as part of Series 1 full face routine, do not try this exercise as stand alone as you will run into trouble with more sagging and fatigue. Let me know how you go 💖

Peta, will your cold laser device complement, say, a microcurrent home hand device?... Also what is the purpose of putting finger on tip of nose if you're not supposed to HOLD it up, as you mentioned in Series 1 nose exercises?

Hi Amommyof2 yes it will compliment the exercises. The exercises work on the muscles the device works on the skin which are 2 different things. The purpose of the finger on the nose is to give a little resistance when your nose moves downwards in the exercise

Hey Janus, thanks so much for your wonderful comment, I truly appreciate it! With the exercises, the asymmetrical face technique is done with all of them if you are trying to even it out. Its not an exercise, its a mind body connection technique that you do when performing the exercises. Also, I have 5 different massages that you can do in the playlists on the channel, there are no names to them, you just watch the video and then do them as you wish. Let me know how you go ❤️

Shall I do these series 1 (all the series too) exercises in a lying down position to avoid the hand pain?

Hi Shelaw, the best way to do this is to learn the exercise routine first, sit up and do the first level, watching in the mirror how I am positioning my fingers and what I am saying and doing. Do that for the 2 weeks sitting up. It wont hurt your arms because the routine of x50 repetitions only lasts for 5 or so minutes. Then, when you have memorised the exercise set, do level 2 & 3 laying down, while propping up your arms with pillows. It really helps with the arm pain. Let me know how you go ❤️

Hi Gurvinder, yes you can do it that way, but as explained in the video, this exercise is part of Exercise Along With Me Series 1, and you need to do all the exercises in that series, if you dont, you could cause more sagging on your face

Hey Brenda, exactly. Its just a tip for if people are stretching that area too much, not to do it as it is a strong exercise. Unfortunately people go all out with the exercises not realising that they need to do them gently in circumstances where they need to be more gentle with the areas they are having problems.

Hi Saliha, all of the instructions are at the end of the video as mentioned in the beginning when the video started. Learn all the exercise set to Series 1, the instruction videos are there, and when you have taken time to learn them, start the Exercise Along With Me Video and do it with me. The instructions are x50 repetitions for 2 weeks, x100 repetitons for 2 weeks and x150 repetitions for 2 weeks. Remember to read the instructions first on the instruction videos.

Overtime, they will strengthen too. So do what you can, gradually increasing stamina if you are in for the long haul. I am at this for three years, I think. I started at 59, now 63. I do it as I feel my face is alive with the blood circulation in the facial area. I think this is brilliant for the brain too. I am not a really body-conscious person, but I like feeling well. One sure thing my skin glows because of the circulation. Thanks to Peta, I have enjoyed all the benefits of this.

Hey Donna, another thing will help with your arms, is learn the first level of the series sitting up, and do them for the 2 weeks. It will only take a few minutes to do them at that level. When you reach the other 2 levels, because you would have learned the routine, lay down and do the exercises. This way it will help your arms, and support them under pillows. You will find it really helps.

I have been doing Peta's facial exercises for over a year and a half!! You just need to keep going through the series! Peta has designed the program for all the exercises to work together!! It will work itself out with other exercises be patient!! Hope this helps!!

Hi Professor Calculus, if you are experiencing this, you are putting too much muscle effort into it. Also, are you doing the full face routine that goes with this exercise? You must follow the full face routines when doing my exercises, you cannot just do one exercise because you will experience more wrinkling as you are now. Does this help?
