Another thing that causes sunken and hollow cheeks and eyes is dehydration, and in my experience not many people seem to know this. But it's true, I can plainly see when I am dehydrated when I look at my reflection and my cheeks/eyes are hollow and sunken in and my skin tone/color is off. Every single time this happens I will chug down a few large glasses of water and an hour later when I look at my reflection my cheeks/eyes are completely filled back in, NOT hollow or sunken at all, and my skin tone/color is even and back to normal. A lot of people these days live their day to day lives dehydrated to some degree and there are so many symptoms associated with dehydration, yes even mild dehydration! I would encourage anyone reading this to go read up on what dehydration does to you, and next time you notice your cheeks or eyes looking hollow or sunken go and chug down as much water as you comfortably can drink ASAP and I bet you will look at yourself again an hour later and see a noticeable improvement!

No, the opposite is true. The more dehydrated you are, the more water retention is going on under your skin, making you appear puffy and giving you rounder cheeks. The more water you drink, the less you’ll retain: removing the puffiness of your cheeks and allowing the face to hug the cheekbones

You're very natural and real :) I've started doing exercises a month ago (37 years old) and I can see the difference already. Some exercises are difficult at first but if I try to do it a few times I get it. Please keep on doing what you're doing and I wish you a great fortune 😊 ❤️

I have a question,so if we want to properly do face yoga we need to do your series or we can just do the exercises that focuses on the main part that we want to fix? is it maybe better to do the series and then at the end add one or two exercises that focuses on the part that we want to fix more?Thank you xxx

Hi Peta, Thanks for sharing those lovely videos which is also the best natural way of uplifting a droopy and a hollow face.I'm 45 and have a droopy jawline and hollow cheeks all of a sudden just after i recently hit menopause. looking to badly lift up my jawline and the hollowness on my cheeks. Some exercises shown for the uplift of the cheeks looks difficult to me. I have a suggestion to go in a v.slow motion when you're doing the video coz even after watching the video it's hard to know the exact movement of the lips when it comes to doing it. Also, the videos are throwing a very bright light on your face that makes the picture v.bright.. I would love to see more videos on pluming up the cheeks and reduce the hollowness. Can't Thankyou enough for what you're doing!!!

Hi Peta! I had a quick question. I am back to doing series 1 again...but due to my weight loss, I have hollow cheeks. I am a little confused. May I suggest you check out celtic sea salt and the benefits in terms of minerals it offers the user. We need salt like celtic sea salt in order to stay hydrated and energized. PETA if you don't mind me saying,I had trouble using my fingers the way you show so I changed to using my thumbs on my lower line & my forefingers on the upper line. For me that's much more comfortable. Thank you 😊

Hello I was wondering if I could correct my left side of the face that is sunken in more than my right side...my right side feels stronger and fuller...i have a feeling that it had to do with 5 oral surgeries that was done when i was a teenager :( so my left side of my face was never the same even the left side of my lips are thinner...I had surgery on the upper gums on the left side and now I think because i was so fragile with my left side it is weaker and thinner :( please recommend something

Thanks so much for your videos, this one in particular! I have trouble keeping weight on sometimes, and in the last few years it's made me develop that sunken cheek, gaunt appearance. People comment on it and it's made me very self-conscious about my face. I never even knew about facial exercises till I came across your videos, and now have a new sense of hope that I can address this problem and some others (jowls, neck, etc)! Much appreciation and *hugs* :)

@@bluesky7126 I know I wasn’t the original comment but I have a “cut glass” type of cheeks and it’s always made me self conscious. I’ve tried this exercise along with some others to get higher cheeks and for the fuller appearance and it worked for me. I try to do it everyday for a few minutes at a time. When I had a strict routine, I would do it for 20 mins every night and it worked super good. I’d say I noticed the difference in a week or twos but you have to be consistent and dedicate time.

OMG I done this exercise and noticed instant results, especially in the corners of my mouth I had a crease going down on both sides which has pretty much gone. I can't stop looking in the mirror Lol Thank You so much Peta. I do your exercises daily. Will one day send you before and after photos. Thanks again. :D

peta , i found your exercises very useful.But so many videos upgraded too.As a beginner i find it confusing,which one to follow! please suggest some exercises or videos for each part of face.or may make a new video including all those upgraded moves.which a person can do in a day

I would encourage you to go to the playlists and watch the beginner videos, and techniques before you start. You need to be following the full face routines as you know. There are 5 Exercise along with me series that you will follow over a period of 30 weeks. This covers ALL of the areas. If its not covered in one series it will be in the next. This is why i ask people to follow the program religiously because it could cause over exercising thru the series if you change it. Dont worry about adding exercises, and dont worry about the other exercises on the channel. They will be used in other series in due course. You have 5 series there to work with. That is an amazing amount of content. Just start doing it and then you will start to see the changes. also if you haven’t already remember to subscribe and hit the notification bell also, as the program is forever evolving and you could miss out on updates. +Donna Dee - Hi Donna, you need to learn to focus, and learn how not to move the rest of your face when doing the exercise. Just keep practicing and you will get there

Peta I love this one, but still concerned over not doing it correct.I have a droop line under each side of mouth. How can I make sure its not getting worse? One side is now worse than other one.

Margo lewis Hi Margo, it sounds like you are doing it too much, and have been doing it too long! If so, possibly change to the Cheek Plumper - kzbin.info/www/bejne/d32bgKRvrdFkl7s. Remember, only do the exercises for a maximum of 6 weeks then change them, and dont do them too much! Ok! I hope that helps!

Thanks a lot for all your exercises. I started exercising, but after a few months I gave up, 'cos my face started losing it's fat, (I am already slim). Now, I decided to give it another try, after maybe a year, but I started using protein and creatine to help my muscles build, and I started with fewer repetitions and more "weight" put from my fingers onto my face. I do not yet know if it's gonna work. Please give me some advice if you think I can do something else to prevent my face from slimming down while exercising. I do really want to keep my facial workout, I want my cheeks to grow and lift up somewhat. Thanks, and greetings from Poland :)

Hi Agnieszka, actually the exercises do not cause your face to lose fat. That part is not like your body, if you exercise your body your body slims down, but if you exercise your face, the muscles adapt to the natural shape of your face, and you do not lose fat at all. So it must have been something else causing it, not the exercise. The only advice i can give is to watch what other factors are happening to you. And give it another go.

With this program you must be doing a full face routine, if you don’t, you run the risk of causing more sagging and wrinkling of the skin. This is because the program is a very strong exercise program. Everything, along with the Exercise Along With Me videos are in the playlists on this channel. Make sure to work thru the series as instructed starting from Series 1 to Series 6. When you get to Series 6 (if there is not a new series) start at Series 1 again and move thru the program again. All of the explanation videos are in the information bar at the top right hand corner of the video, the little circle, just click on it, or in the playlists on the channel. Hi!! I just subscribe to your channel!!! I always looked around to learn more facial exercises and i found you!!! And very glad i did!! I love your exercises i also do acupressure to my neck and face and micro current.I found face pilates and I do one they have for the cheeks but as much as I work on my face i cant get rid of my nasolabial folds: The two lines appear black... Hi Marta, thank you for subscribing and commenting! With regard to your nasolabial folds, are you isolating where the folds are and working the muscles around them? I can do an exercise for you to show you how to do it. remember, you have to isolate the weakest area, which is usually where the wrinkle is, then work the muscles around them. Hope that helps!

RENEW ME® TV Hi!!! Thank You so much to take time to answer my question!! I am so excited to learn how to do it your way!! None of the ones i do isolate the zygomatics, with micro current, i place the electrodes on the insertion of the muscles, which is on my upper cheeks and the contractions duration is 3 minutes, I have been doing that for the past 2 and a half years, and i have fullness on my cheeks but the lines still there. I began like two months ago with Face Pilates which i press my finger on the middle of the muscle pushing up and contracting and then i have to pull the muscle at both ends, it works a little, but so far no real changes. Although my face looks fit, the fact that those lines still there is very frustrating;they are like eyesores on my face. my eyes are open and fit and is a big contrast between my upper face and my lower face. what you told me make a lot of sense to me, actually I touched my lines and they do feels weak. I will be so happy if yo can tell me how to do it the right way!!!! Thank you SOOO much!!!! Have a Beautiful Day!!!!!!!!

Ms.Peta..swear to god you actually answered me back that soon!!! A daily facial routine video would be appreciated asap so as not to juggle between so many videos. Also about collagen tablets what are those and how safe are those in the long run? Peta my chin has been very pointed, the laughing lines have become v. deep and go beyond my lips and now I have depressions in my jawline as compared to the round face that I just had 6 months ago. I have lost my confidence and don't want to meet anyone as my droopy face have become quiet noticeable to people and they tell me that I look old..whereas my friends older than me don't even look as old as me when I'm just 45. I have a v.difficult journey ahead of me and i'm looking to rebuild my sunken face asap. I know it'll be hard for you to comment on my how much time would you think it would take to rebuild my face..I've been doing your facial exercises for a week now and I do a 100 reps with breaks specially the ones for sagging jowls and cheek lifter. I feel tighter but more on the upper lip than the cheeks..will it start to uplift now ? Also could not locate your email id? I don't want to put long comments and questions here. You need to go to the play lists and look for the exercise along with me series. The individual videos are there for you to learn in a sequence. I cant say how or if facial exercise will help you. I guess you just have to try and keep going with it.

You are not following the program correctly if you are doing 100 reps after just one week. YOu need to go to the play lists and watch the beginner videos. If you do this exercise the way you are doing it, you will make your face much worse than it is now. YOu need to follow the program and the full face routines to get any results. So please stop doing what you are doing now, go RESEARCH the channel playlists and you will understand how the program works.

Good day Peta, I love you videos. I'm have pretty high cheek bones but I feel the muscle are weak. When I do this exercise I'm concerned I'm creating wrinkles under my eye b/c the high placement of my check bones any suggestion?

Hi Saha, thanks for your comment. If you do a combination of these exercises each day you should start seeing results around 4-6 weeks. When you start seeing the changes somehow you become addicted to it!!!

Thanks for this. Can someone please help me. I'm new to face yoga, using my muscles and massage. Can someone please help me with a list of exercises and how many times per day/week, how many reps we need for each? I want to widen my face/jaw/chin/cheeks (,look more full and firm), look younger, get rid of acne, lighten dark circles get rid of frown lines in between forehead, on forehead around eyes, and nasal folds. Also would like to make my forehead look smaller in lenghth, but my head look bigger lol. My face is oval but when I'm tired, stressed or loose weight I would like it to loo fuller and more toned. Also shorten my nose and make it upturned and thinner, and eyelids widen. I look pretty young for my age, but I've had a stressful couple of years and sinus too, so I'm not getting as many compliments as I usually do (people usually think I'm 5-10 years younger, now they guess closer to my age in my 30s) Thanks

Hi, all the information you need is in the playlists beginners videos. Also, you cant change the shape of your skeletal features with facial exercises. The muscles of the face will adapt to the natural shape of those features. To change your nose, if it wasn't originally upturned and thinner, you would need to have surgery. Facial exercises tone the face. Go have a look at the play list beginner video play list and it will help you start. :-)

Thank you so much. I've done some more navigating around your page and looked at the 5 principles. Just learning the beginners exercises now, and then I will do the follow me series 1 part one 50 times each exercise for 2 weeks (just a question about the "Energy lift" does the energy lift you explained in the instructional video with your head up and hands under the chin the same position for each exercise? Ie if I am doing an eye lift exercise, do I do it 50 times and then put my hands under my chin and my head up, then start the next exercise in follow me? Thanks. :)

Hi Rharidev, thank you for asking the question! Yes it is possible to plump up your cheeks again. Just follow along with this exercise and you will find that after a few weeks you will see a difference. I am doing another one on friday about building the cheeks and this will also help. This exercise has helped me tremendously and you will need to do it every day for a few months to get the full benefit, and then keep doing them. It takes perseverance but you will win in the end!

Sleeping Queen you need to do a full face routine. If you have wrinkles yes you can start the programme, if you havent, there is no need for you to start.
