This video was amazing Estella! ✨Here is some of my tips for sticking with your goals: 1. do some creative journaling/ goal setting about them 2. Set small goals like “I’m going to exercise 2 days this week” and build up from there 3. Stay positive and remember why you started 4. Buy something that will motivate you toward your goals, for example new pens that you can only use for studying 5. If you fail, don’t be afraid to try again Hope this helps you all! 💕

I want you to know that I’ve watched your videos for a few years. I was actually a college drop out after flunking out of one school. Years passed and I didn’t think I’d be able to ever finish. I haven't done it yet, but a few people I know got an analog alarm clock instead of using their phones or a digital alarm clock and placed their phones slightly out of reach. They said it's really helped them sleep better because they aren't tempted to look at their phone throughout the night. Plus, they got to get cute alarm clocks like a Totoro alarm clock that went with the aesthetics of their room. One thing I do is I try to turn off all electronics at least a half hour before I go to bed. It helps me to decompress and settle down.
