@@aud.vocado Your comment is just rude. Wattpad is for entertainment, there is no need to despise what a person does to relax and have fun. And what is that actual book? @@maryam1542 those are the games. I will link several articles here that explain it with pictures, since english isnt my first language and I doubt I'll explain it in an understandable manner. Sudoku: sudoku.com/how-to-play/sudoku-rules-for-complete-beginners/ Crossword: en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crossword Nonogram: puzzlygame.com/pages/how_to_play_nonograms/ (by the way, my fave is nonogram and I play the game "Hanas story nonogram" where you need to solve several nonograms to read her love story. There are easy 5×5 ones for beginners, there are 20×20 for the people who understood how it works, so I find it a very nice and actually useful game for the brains :) ) Of course, there are more games like this, I just told about the most common ones that are also available on paper, because some people might prefer to solve them with a pen. Anyway, hope that the links I found are helpful :)

The stuff you said about exercising, is very very true. Media, movies, and just soceity in general has made us believe that exercise comes in one way and thats strenuous effort. Where youre winded and panting, drenched with sweat. And that if that doesnt happen, then we're doing it wrong. Whereas, the reality is that exercising is whatever you do that keeps active. Be it, dancing, tennis, rock climbing, walking, cycling , anything that makes you move around and makes your heart beat, is exercise and will keep you healthy. Thank you for providing the top tier content that you make, it is greatly appreciatied. Keep it up :D

i can 100% vouch for reading more, I got back into reading at the beginning of this year and it's been amazing, I go on my phone less because I'm more likely to read when I'm bored, I sleep better because I typically read before bed instead of scrolling on tiktok for 3 hours, and reading is just fun! It's one of the best things you can do for mental health honestly
@florence.0663 жыл бұрын
This made me wanna read again. When it was 2019 I was really into books and I used to go to the library everyday and read new books, but ever since the pandemic started and became more worse I had nothing to do in my house, all the books on my shelf I've already read them thousands of times. The pandemic made me lazier, nowadays all I do is: sleep late > wake up late > eat > take a bath > play games > use my phone for 6 hours > study > eat > take a sleep. It's really not healthy at all, I don't exercise much anymore, I never socialize anymore, I became less talkative, and more aware, but I honestly think it's normal as I grow up more. These days I do nothing but use my phone, but I do have my online class and it's really stressful, my mental health is worsening due to pressure, stress, anxiety... I'll try to bring my life back together.
