Been self employed all my life for over 47 years owning many businesses starting from scatch every one. Buying any business in my world a total waste of cash plus if it was profitable it would never be offered for sale. When you see any business in all there forms the answer is simple you improve the consept and copy the good parts. Find a location corners are always best as seen and passing foot fall from more angles. Taking my advice has just saved any investee a fortune. Selling business more so in Pattaya fools arrive daily that know nothing about business, cash flow or profits and loss there easy marked targets to sell rented buildings to at high crazy prices. Where in the world does any person buy rented property well in Pattaya.

Trust nobody regarding money matters, and every achievement, I've made in 47 years of self employment has been by my own studys & more so hard working 14 hours daily 7 days a week. You will never need a gym when working hard in buisness, for your self. I would also advise any person to keep your buisness matters private as people will try to copy your ventures more so in Thailand. The gold shops in Thailand are a good example mostly owned by Chinese. Ask them if they make huge profits there reply is always this shop make small money.

what about legality when you run a business? Thai staff, hiring and firing, can you employ only foreigners? is it risky to go 51% with lawyers or better to have a thai partner?
