Thank you thank you thank you!!!! I really needed this “pep talk” this morning. I’m 40 years old, married with five kids and I start college next week. I have been doubting my path since I decided to start it. If I quit now, I’ll never start again and quit something else. Thanks again! I enjoy your segments

This concept works and makes sense. From personal experience, I thought I wanted to open my own business and be my own boss. Then I worked for a small business here in Cali that's a soccer store. And I saw what the owners went through and moved up in the company to now being a manager of a store. And I realised a lot. That people annoy me, a lot. That I'm good with product and explaining things to people. Being the head boss isn't me, and that it's not glamorous. But mostly that I needed more to do. Retail can be slow in this area and so I was made team sale director. And I realized more and more. But this makes sense. I left a warehouse job I hated that led to this job I had.
