1:20 How do you actually get clients on referrals? Do you have a referral system in place like telling your clients at the end of their time with you that they will receive a % if they bring you a new client or they just refer you because of your results? How do you frame that in front of your clients?

I don't personally offer commissions for referrals - but that can be a really powerful strategy! Most of my referrals come organically from previous clients. It can be as simple as sending an email after your project is complete... this is a great opportunity to thank them, express how much you enjoyed the project, ask for a testimonial & to keep you mind for any future projects or referrals.

@@thatpsychologyguy Yeah I know, Myers-Briggs, Type A, B personality types etc... These have been argued to be pseudoscience backed up by fake research and claims. I'm obviously not a psychologist so I can't really comment as to their accuracy, but when I've looked over them it just looks like a very broad range of characteristics that could apply to most people. Just abusing confirmation bias IMO.
