New sub here. We currently have a successful notary business. Hubby & I go close deal with so many investors, so we’ve seen what’s out there. I’m highly interested in starting. I’m giving myself a year to pay off our debt & simultaneously learn, research everything I can. I’ve had this “bug” for a loooong time
