I have been hearing for years that Madera is building a new casino which will increase property value and land value. Madera is just 20 miles north of Fresno California. The Sun 🌞 shine state.

I think one good point to bring up is that the name on the tax rolls, is not necessarily the owner name on the deed. I found this out the hard way!

I watched this video 2 days ago and after just doing one of these very basic strategies, the very next day I found a property by driving a different route home from work. I could easily have made any offer possible due to the information I got on the property from the local Municipality.
