i was able to get the anguish first try only took an hour also if your doing the anguish with a partner if they die you can still continue with no problem only 1 person has to stay alive

just a bit confused here on 7:08 , does mean this that the dran will be spawning in campaign mode eventhough the starting point is in adventure mode?

Yes because you will have to go to the Labyrinth and root earth which is only in Campaign mode. The rest can spawn either in the campaign or adventure mode. Hope this helps if you have any more questions do not hesitate to reach out.

Took me all day to get the Anguish. 5 attempts and kept getting my ass handed to me in Losomn... on survivor mode.... 😫

Same that is why I ended up doing campaign mode with Morrow Parish being the starting point. I kept getting 4 bosses and having to start again. Glad you got it in the end. Do you think it was worth it?

to anyone that want to get anguish it's not worth it download a 100% save file from nexus mods and test it out yourself

I did start a new one I found him a few time last time was in ward 13 and then no more walk behind the portal and he wasn’t there
