if no budget then you need to provide another incentive: One option is an affiliate program. if you have a saas product and using stripe or paddle you could set it up easily with rewardful with two lines of code. if they get you a customer, they get a small commission. if not, then the get nothing. Other incentives include free trials, early access, exclusive access for limited time etc, or just saying your audience will love this so perhaps it's an easy content idea that will generate views. No budget can work, you just might need to work with micro influencers and come up with video title, idea everything -- make it really really easy to say yes basically!
