How to Reach Out to Influencers to Promote Your Business (AND GET A RESPONSE)

Been using threads to contact small businesses . I got a hair oil to promote w no commission and a hair business . I feel like this could be a stepping stone to paid ones. So I'm excited even tho I won't be making money now. I like to believe I'm getting closer to the goal.

I reached out to fourteen influencers between KZbin and Instagram. I was blessed to have three influencers respond. The KZbinr with the smallest following jumped right on the collaboration. The second KZbinr has over 1M followers (but had stepped away from posting for about 1/2 year). She agreed to the collaboration and then declined. The Instagram Influencer had just reached 1M followers and was excited to give back -- he made a blanket post about sponsoring products or channels, and I took it.... Love this! Thank you so much for sharing your tips and knowledge! As someone who has a service based business (Facials) any tips for collab with tighter budgets? Example: Like a free service for content? I know many don't like free services as much but just want to see the best way to go about it?

Hi I believe a good option would be to offer a free service but have them sign a contract. The contract will state you are giving them this service for free in exchange of IG post, IG Story, etc. Also add in some key points you would like the influencer to hit on in their content. What would make this a more win-win situation is to give the influencer an affiliate code they can promote to their audience for the service. For example you can give a discount code the influencer can offer to their followers and in exchange you could give them a 10% commission from each lead that resulted in a sale using their discount code.
