Sometimes people will say that a comedian is good because “they’re saying what we’re all thinking”. It’s not just that they’re doing that, but that they’re putting a view into words that help us process our thoughts in a new way This video is good for the same reason. I know this is good advice because it’s familiar but worded in a way that will help focus my thoughts on a new angle

I've heard this kind of advice several times before from others. I've said it myself. I need to start listening to it.

Selling a $50 product with $15 cost per sale still works out pretty well and being profitable.

I own a branding agency that specialises in logo design and have just branched out to web design. I’m stuck on the bullseye, branding never seems top priority for a business owners and neither a burning problem. It’s always about how to get more customers, which branding can help but it’s definitely not all down to that. I have ran surveys of why my customers got a new logo and it’s extremely varied. Most just wanted branding to be proud of which isn’t a big pain point

Luke Hall Mitch harper founder of Bigcommerce and the @insanegrowth channel says three things sell ...more time, more sex, more money. Logo design is a sea of sameness, same as web design, like Sabri says you’ve got to sell the outcome not the product. The bigger problem you solve the more money you’ll make.

Awesome tips! But one question I have is how do you research or come to a conclusion on what the mass market desire is for a specific industry?

Are you/KingKing going to start a podcast soon - and upload it on LibSyn & youtube? Surely 'Monday' and 'Thursday' [2 podcast per week] easily, one of your staff could run it and you could sometimes have guests on it from across Australia & overseas. Sabri Suby / KingKong podcast will help you capture that podcast market that listens to podcasts as they travel to work or are exercising or driving and cant watch youtube videos

How do you know a market is starving for a solution? Drying my hair after washing them is a problem that can be solved by buying a hairdryer. But how do you know the market is already satisfied or starving for another type of solution? Will my new hairdryer solve the problem?
