Time is limited. But your energy, attention and enthusiasm are limited even more. How can you find time when there always seems to be so little of it?

1.没有没时间这回事,着手做一些事。 2.优先你的清单,拒绝不必要的事情 3.恐惧和焦虑是控制你的主谋,你担心的事情也许不会发生。做的过程中会觉得不那么难。 4.小步快跑,先走起来。

hey, i want to tell you something very important. what you are talking about really depends on your 'Executive Functions'. obviously people with executive function and/or self-regulation problem suffer a lot in time management, focus, they have procrastination issues..etc... all these things can be improved. it's all about finding ways to create changes in brain areas responsible for executive function. at one point when i was reading your article you have mentioned that brain fitness is deceptive buy inaccurate idea or something... i want to change your mind on this. most brain fitness exercises that most people know such as cogmed or lumosity..etc... don't work at all. i agree b/se they don't create enough stress on the brain to enforce the required changes. but not all brain fitness exercises are like that. believe it or not there's one program in the world that helps you change your brain for the better. it's probably the only program in the world that enhances fluid intelligence and your executive function. it's called learning breakthrough program. it uses balance stimulation technique to achieve that. if you want to know why it works then search deeply about how vestibular system influences our brain in many ways. check caloric vestibular stimulation for example and see it yourself how it affects our brain in many ways. learning breakthrough program uses balance board to stimulate the vestibular system.. i am telling you the truth. it's almost 2 years and 6 months since doing the exercises, and i can tell you this. it changed my life. dude barabara called you 'marco polo of learning'. i agree. but if you really want to find ways to accelerate learning and help others achieve that you should check learning breakthrough program. btw, the son of frank belgau which is the creator of learning breakthrough program wrote a book. it's called 'Life in balance'. the author is Eric Belgau. you can also read the book if you are interested. i just gave you a very valuable info. search this deeply and help others to know the program. Thanks! and by z way, i am a fan of yours. ... cheers :)

My problem is i have too much time but always find it hard to motivate or disiplin my self to get started it is easy in the beginning but hard later in the projects.

Sorry I don't mean to be rude, but you say you find it difficult to be motivated to start then immediately after that you assert that the beginning is easy. You could better formulate your problem (is it with starting? Or is it staying on track?), that maybe where you should start. Cheers, dude.

@@RahellOmer well i mean what i said last. it is easy in the beginning because you have more motivation but hard later because you lack motivation. What i meant wasn't to start in the beginning but when you start later on. Start as in getting your self to get started on working the project today.
