Im right there with you. I'll occasionally grow my beard out (growing it out) but I generally always prefer the mustache and goatee, There's a sleekness to it that the beard imo just doesnt have.
@TPlocks10 ай бұрын
For me it’s that and the fact that it takes awhile for me to grow a full thick beard. It kinda looks mangy in that growth process. Basically have to commit the year to really growing it out if I want a decent look with it. Even then it’s nothing compared to the sleek look.

Thank you for sharing your process. I just recently combed out/cut my locs of 7 1/2 years, and shaved it all off - bald. No hair on head or face. This is my second week and I shaved it all off again. I like that it shows my facial structure in addition to my facial expressions. And when everything grows in at about 5 days, I like the shadow it creates.
@Kurotama118 ай бұрын
Quick question, why comb them out to then cut them off?? Does it make the cutting process easier, or were you thinking about keeping some length before deciding on fully bald?
@QOrtiz8 ай бұрын
@@Kurotama11 Peace. Thank you for your question. The process of growing them was such an in depth personal process that I didn’t want to just end it with a few snips. I took my time to grow them, so I took a little more time taking them out, assimilating and meditating while doing so. Because of the state of my hair/scalp, I knew I was going to cut it low, so I did want to at least feel myself with the longer hair before cutting it. The easiest way to cut is close to the new growth, then comb out from there. I did that on the second half of my hair. On the first half, I combed from the bottom and got to see all the shed hair, lint, buildup, etc. I’d recommend at least combing one out to see what’s inside.

I haven't been on KZbin as much as I use to. But try minoxidil Rosemary oil Emu oil Black castrol oil When I had a baldspot after I cut my locs. I ended up doing the wave journey for 6 months. I had 360 waves and I will say daily routine brushing washing shampoo conditioning and adding oil on a consistent basis. It helped my hair grow again Then I just wore braids for almost a year. Still applying the oils. Now I'm back with locs whole I'm a year in. I don't apply oil to my locs as I did before and I've noticed my hair is growing slower. Wild hair growth oil
