Hi Bryn- despite being directed to You Tube by one of your customer service agents - I can find nothing on here about how to trouble shoot what happens when your freezer 'high temperature warning light' is showing and your freezer stops working and everything defrosts whilst you are away. I have my manual but there is nothing in it about this issue either! What is the point of having a warning light if you can't tell customers what to do about it?
