Beautiful example of a storage shed to tiny home conversion with open walls to show how a similar unit may be completed. this unit is a 2 bedroom 2 bath set up. has double pane insulated windows, vertical metal roof, vinyl siding, the utilities including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical have been installed as well as expandable foam insulation in the walls. A/C unit and duct work has been installed, plumbing to bathrooms, washer and dryer laundry location, kitchen sink. all electrical complete. this particular unit is ready for completion, may include custom tile or carpet flooring, custom cabinets with slow close drawers, quartz, granite or marble counter tops, vaulted ceiling with designer recessed led lighting with dimming, and ceiling fans, barn door closet, walk in shower, just for a few ideas.......

Wondering since there is no house wrap available for these sheds if you are concerned about moisture and rot between the siding and the OSB? I know its spray foamed but was wondering if that is something you had to consider? Thanks.

Yes there is House Wrap available for these sheds and this shed has it.

There is not a final price on this unist as it is not completed as t this time. I can tell you that the shell from Derksen was around $23,000. I can also tell you that at least $30,000 has been invested into this cabin at this time.
