Thank you man I’ve been looking for some of these for my slash but I have aftermarket axels that won’t fit the old hexes and the keep stripping my wheels I’ve stripped about 5 now with every one being in about 5 minutes of running.

Wow those do seem convenient and well designed. I might get a set so I can swap between 12 and 17 wheels on my Slash 4x4. For X-01 tires do you buy two sets of fronts? The rears are wider I think.

I bought myself a set of proline trenchers and the tires only had 12mm adapters and i want to put them for my typhon 3s blx.

How about some blue Loctite? When you gripped it with a pliers I would have used a rag over it so not to scratch it up.

What are the parts call what they connect to Because mine has snapped where the drive shaft pin connects

On the fronts you gotta tighten until snug/binding then back off 1/4 turn. If u crank down the internal adapter barrel nut it will lock up and ruin the bearings.

You say the raider has 14mm hex but the link you put up for the adapters is for 12mm to17mm hex so I’m confused?

Hi, i have a question about these adapters. I have a Traxxas Rustler 4x4, and ik bought these from AliExpress. Do the adapters increase the wheelbase much? Because my father is worried that my driveshafts can break because of the longer wheelbase.

Apologies without looking on the arrma website I'd not have a clue. You'd need to check the hot racing site to see if they do 5mm ones. Sorry not to be more help. The hot racing website is probably your best bet.

I know its a little late, but the Traxxas hot racing adapters are 5mm. The Arrma 1/10 axles are 6mm even the Typhon 3s. Arrma 1/8 are 8mm. But since this video Hot Racing has came out with a better design so you do not need 12mm Hexes at all for the Arrmas Here is the link www.ebay.com/itm/Hot-Racing-ATF117XT02-Aluminum-Heavy-Duty-17mm-Hex-Hubs-10mm-Offset-Arrma-1-10-4/264173538295 these will fit any Arrma 1/10 but will not fit an Arrma Typhon 3s because it does not have threaded axle stubs.

The Traxxas adapters wouldn't have lasted anyway. Without that insert the drive shaft will wear against the aluminum and make the slop even worse
