I watched this video and I tried unscrewing the second latch first. And I was so confused because my first one didn't look anything like it. Then I realized my first latch was fuuuuuu*ked. So I bent it about 40 degrees and now it works now. What I'm trying to say is thank you from the bottom of my heart. I can finally sleep. 😴

The little tab keeps breaking after I replace it because the door is slightly ajar. I can’t seem to align the door so it clicks in smoothly. I just want to create my own damn latch 😂. Is that possible? The little latch method suck imo, there was to be something better.
