Hi, I hava a similar problem with my Toyota Celica St16 (1986). With the original Flasher: When turning left signal, Buzzer noise is heard. Turn right signal not blinking. Already replaced the original Flasher with a new one, but then then left and right turn signal does not light up on dashboard.. Buzzer noise is gone. Hazard lights working well and blinking op dashboard. I cleaned the lever contacts with eletronic spray. Same issue Buzzer noise. Checked the Fuses of the turn light 7.5A: They are good. I cab send you a video of the situation at the moment.

Sorry but no episode 2 of this video. I did not intend to edit anything here because this video is the most viewed of all my videos. For flashing signal light issue, I mentioned about the load because the way the flasher relay behaves. Say for example you have four signal lights. When one light gets busted, the flasher relay flashes faster. When you add more lights, the flasher relay flashes slower. Also notice that when you use hazard mode the hazard mode flashes slower because all 4 lights are flashing at the same time.

Why my signal bulbs have three wires instead of two?

Your signal light bulb has two light modes, dim and bright. Usually, black wire is the common ground, blue wire is +12V for the dim mode. Red wire is +12V for the bright mode.

@@EdgieORepairs My Honda Odyssey 2000 left signal blinks rapidly and very dim. I checked and replaced all the bulbs but still does not help. I plan to replace the flasher but I am not sure. Any advice. Thanks
