Dude, give me some light here please!!! In the second octave (from left to right), when I press the "A" key and then press the "A" sharp key, this "A" sharp loses sensitivity and it plays very loudly, as if the sensitivity wasn't even connected, even when playing very softly the sound comes out very strong!! But this only happens when I play it while holding the A, I was practicing the scale and the sound simply came out too strong in this A sharp!! Help me pls, I've reset it several times and nothing has resolved this problem. Can you tell me what it could be? The keyboard just over 1 year old. 😢😢
