HOW TO FIX A FAULTY REFRIGERATOR DOOR LIGHT SWITCH!

Today I notice that my refrigerator door light switch wasn’t working how it supposed to be working so am using simple methods on how to fix it without replacing it with a new one.
Tools I use was a star point screwdriver
Switch blade knife to clean the contacts in the switch.

Mr TR - you’re scraping off the connector areas to clean them correct for better electrical connectivity -yes? Making sure so I can try before I order a whole new switch at $60 bucks a pop. Thanks for the info ~
