Nice video! I have a slow leak on my John Deere left front tire. I'm going to do this test soon and fix it using the same method. Thanks.

About 4 ounces of a cheap brand of Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) works great for slow leaks.... I've used it so many times and work 99% of the time.

Spray Flex-Seal on the inside of the tire. It instantly seals the leak and stays pliable.

Hi new subscriber to your channel. I have small question. I have a D130 John Deere that my father gave me....It's like what you have in this video. Question is do know if this D130 has two different hub or shaft sizes for the front tires. I read on line somewhere where the D130 has two different sizes. Is that true. I need to replace the front tires and thought I would get tire and rims all together but If the hub sizes are different then just ordering a set won't work. Do you know if the shaft or hub sizes are different. Thank......

Same shaft size. LA100 series share the same parts numbers too.

What if the leak is on the side wall?

You will need to install an inner tube.

How to fix a leaking valve?
@WeekendHobbyMechanic2 жыл бұрын
That’s a good one. I will have to do a video on this in the future. You can try to release the air in the tire and try to rotate the valve. It might seal itself. If this doesn’t work the tire bead will need to be pushed in and the valve replaced.
