Von, The first 90 degree joint is cracked, and the angle of pipe is downward, forcing major compression on the seal at the bottom. I would replace the 90, and straighten the thru-pipe, and replace the seal. Likely the silicon will work since it will stick to everything, but for how long. Pipes need to to at 90 degree in both directions (up & down) to make an appropriate seal.

Hey Thanks for letting me know didn't think of that beforehand. But that makes perfect sense in why it was leaking. The silicon has been fine for already a few months but you never know as you said. I do plan on changing the plumbing I did, so will keep that in mind for when I do that. Thanks

Well it didn't leak anymore after I used the silicon. However I don't have this tank anymore, the system is pretty different from what you see in this vid

So, it's not how to fix a leaking uniseal, it's just a bodge.

I guess you can think of it that way. The best option would be to take the uni seal out and put a new one there instead. But because of my spot I didn't want to do that since I would have to drain the water, and move the tank to be able to take the pipe out. But when I do change some things in my green house I will redue the plumbing. But this temporary fix has been working for like 6 months so a good amount of time.
