Sorry... you don't simply "open the cartridge access door" because you must first be INFORMED about the point of release! Otherwise that very vital, yet omitted instruction set will make it impossible for you to open the "cartridge access door." Where is the release? Raise the main cover, the one with the paper feed, exposing the glass surface. On the left side there is a small square hole. Using a flat blade screwdriver and/or letter opener, carefully insert, push the clip so as to release the catch on the "cartridge access door" THEN you'll easily open the door. I really can't believe that they overlooked this vital step! In this video the tech "simply" opens the door and that's NOT how it works. I'll not be a bit surprised if someone just yanks up on the access door in frustration. A factory video no less?

@@HPSupport Clearly, mine is among those listed in/for your instruction set: 9120e per my explanation, I solved my paper jam by locating the critical release latch for opening the access door. I can't believe that your "step by step" instruction set failed to include this point. But then again, I've become so disenchanted with this HP Model that I have an Epson printer on the other side of the office to step in for when this one steps out. When I print, I'm typically on deadline... with little to no time for playing "geek".

@@HPSupport Appreciating the response but shouldn't an entirely correct reply be "we are redoing the video so as to include the omission of this critical step"... or, as with many jobs today, you'll walk away because "its not my job"? The problem isn't solved until such time its corrected.
