I liked it for showing what to use, never heard of that product before. That said L H L had a good point,on the show it stuck in the corners. As it is it looked like he was having trouble getting it to stick (too much window cleaner ? ) would of been nice to see it with corners stuck. I am pretty sure you don't leave them like that , but who knows maybe the water will push them in

I'm actually about to try this. Wish me luck. The anti sweat valve is something I'd need to hire a plumber for not doing it. I feel if i remove the tank and all the parts out it could fit better. Maybe if i run a bead of siicone around the edge it wont leak behind it. It needs to be on the bottom part too I think.

If the insulation doesn’t stick to the inside of the tank the water will get behind the insulation and guess what? You’ll still have condensation. Who is the hack that approved this video? Install an anti sweat valve, cmon Ace!!!

FELLA, all you have to do is paint the inside of the tank with a vapor barrier that is waterproof and you are done. NO CUTTING BITS AND PIECES TO PEEL OFF LATER IN TIME.

But it's the temperature of the water inside vs the warm air outside that's the problem. How would a vapour barrier work?

Forget all that noise. Go buy yourself an anti-sweat valve, it's the only certain fix. It has a hot and cold inlet and a mixed outlet which is adjustable so it doesn't melt your wax seal. Ask me how I know. 🤔

That is such BS. He never even gets the paper to stick on the right hand side and also he tells people you don't have to take anything out but he takes the toilet handle out obviously the chain in the flapper. So if you're going to put it on video least be. Also you said you were going to keep it in one piece but you did not. Thumbs down on that video 👎
