I was actually born with cerebral-palsy and I'm super flexible in about a year I will sign up for cheer I watched the other videos about your toe touches. I love all you vids. But I'm just doing a cheer club right now. So wish me luck to have a cheer by October the 7th. Gott eat healthy too! I MADE IT YAY!!!! Thank you so much also I've never had this many likes!

I have been a cheerleader for 5 or 4 1/2 year and a dancer for 7 1/2 years and I still couldn’t do a toe touch and this video helped ALOT!!! Tysm for posting this 😊

Your presentation is so wonderful - I hope you keep at it, because you're naturally telegenic. Your voice sounds so soothing and professional - it relaxes us during the often intense workouts. Your look is also perfect - fit, but not physically intimidating - so we can relate to you more easily. I'm always happy when I see your videos, and I think these are some of the reasons why.

Oh my god!! I had been struggling with this problem for quite awhile until i learned how to fix it. Now I'm able to do a regular toe touch but I still struggle every now and then. I will be using this tutorial tysm!! btw i got my toe touch from following along to your toe touch workout everyday

i’ve never done cheer other than middle school, i’ve gone to the same school my whole life, and i’m a sophomore currently. as a junior im moving schools to be with my best friend from middle school that i recently reconnected with i have tryouts sometime in may! i’ll update.

this year I’m trying out for cheer again last year. I didn’t make it for many different reasons, including my skills. This year I’m trying out for high school cheer being an eighth grader. I am so nervous tryouts are a month away and I really hope that this video will help me improve my toe touch because for the high school I am trying out for it is required that we have a toe touch.

From everything I’ve heard it doesn’t even matter if you can’t lift your legs on the ground as long as you try and can’t feel the squeeze in your hip flexors you will improve over time and eventually be able to lift your legs higher each time

That just means you don’t have the hip flexor strength yet, which is why the exercises she gave would really help you a lot!
