How to Fix a Water Softener

Been watching your videos. I've got a Viqua WS(rebranded Clack) which doesn't seem to be pulling brine. The injector valve has been cleaned(wasn't clogged). Brine tank also cleaned. I noticed that during the brine draw, it's actually putting more water into the tank. I disconnected the brine line and couldn't feel any suction during any cycle. Any ideas?

Always great information and a great place to reference anything that’s going on with my clack water system and you spot on with the Brian water not drawing and it’s only put water in it a rebuild kit
