The best solution I found to fix this is get a hammer give it about 4 good hits make sure the screen is real nice and shattered and throw it in the trash and never buy metro pc or actel phones again!!! Yep your welcome

iSmart I have an iPhone 8 which never had any problems but my wife got this phone and I tried everything to fix it. I had hard reset it then it asked for an email address from previously and she didn’t remember it tried forever to remember and she couldn’t then it started with this reboot loop and I tried your solutions and got no where.. it wasn’t nothing you did just a crappy phone I rather talk her into getting an iphone too and actual phone provider like mine AT&T

Hello, thanks for the reminder. I successfully stopped on force constantly turning on logo on my sons alcatel 1SE 6/64 G. By rebutting it with holding up volume key and fue seconds later adding press on the pover button at the same time. I solved the issue at the moment. By the way the phone is two months old in our possession and we know it is a budget one. Regards to all.

Try another step at your own risk. I should clarify that my phone is an ALCATEL IDOL 4S which has the same problem. Step #4 - I read somewhere else that FREEZING the phone for a while works. Remove from freezer (about 15 minutes). Power the phone with a charging cable and attempt to restart. I tried that with mine, but this method only worked temporarily and only worked a couple of times until the battery warmed back up (I achieved full boot). I am guessing the purpose of that was to mess up the lithium battery (which should not operate below freezing) - IOW, restarting and probably passes the battery circuit. If you can get the phone to boot before the battery warms back up, it might be a temp solution to bypass this reboot-recycle problem. Step #5 - If that doesn't work, get out the heat gun again and warn up the motherboard for at least 30 or more minutes until it is glowing red. Then get a hammer and finish it off. (JK!!!)

Update: I had to use the update tool to restore phone and install rom to get out of the stuck logo.

Same issue. Never tried the heat gun thing as I do not find any logic. I can put it under sunlight for quite long as we have 40 deg. C plus temperatures here. In fact now I realize that it's better to buy cheap phones. Alcatel & TCL both, never supported. Say it's an obsolete phone. I have Ericsson GH688 and it still works!

So far i was able to get the phone to turn off by doing the solution where you hold the volume up then power as you watch the logo. Start holding when the logo goes on then off then on again and letting go the power. I think it should end up turning off. Hopefully that helps (i didn't have to remove the screws) right now it's charging

Sooooo, your solution is to remove the battery? You can do that very easily. You purposely made this process seem way more difficult than it is. Notice, he could have simply lifted the battery out before he counted the freaking screws. You don't need to use knives and shit to remove the battery... You MAY need to use something to nudge the back covering open, but after that, you should have compete access to the battery and you will be able to remove it with your freaking fingers!....

@@iSmart1 I've been using Samsung for ages and have no problem at all. One of my friend bought alcatel and he's having same problem. I tried all your ways it didn't helped then i dis hard reset but after reset it need to log in with previous email id login then u can use your phone. Luckily with the help of some software i was able to bypass that stupid email login requirement step. But hell it took around a month.
