Checking the battery is correct! Usually no need to delete cache, factory reset, etc until you check your battery first.

At your local retail store but it will be more expensive than on eBay or Amazon. Although, there are lots of copies or replica batteries on those site. These solved mine, not sure which but clean install make it act like new phone. 1. storage memory was low. I cleaned up apps I don't need. Moved all camera captured videos to my laptop. 2. New battery with NFC atenna (on this video, the 2nd battery one side is a bit bulch because of the nfc antenna) 3. Install smartswitch on laptop and on note4, to backup everything (click "check encrypt settings" to select those you want to backup, remember to check your call log) 4. factory reset and clean install. Oh, and I still can use fast charging without issues. I usually power down the phone for faster charging.

I have this issue again. I don't believe it's the battery right off. When I check settings I have android os using upto 80% and others using 30+%. The blue light means you have a message or notification. The LED is green if the battery is fully charged and red if it's charging. The LED does not indicate problems with the phone. The Samsung support website is horrible. This is documented in a technote that is not model specific. Buy new battery to test if it is problem with battery it costs like 15 dollars euros and if it is problem with the phone go to someone who is repairing old phones and selling them and ask them to repair your phone for money or for review video advert . If he cant help you because he cant find part that is broken like your ram or processor . Buy new note 4 for 100-200 dollars euros it is 2x batter then budget phones because of dysplay and battery that you can remove . I suspect there's more than one cause for the boot loop problem. It CAN be battery-related, but based on feedback here, it doesn't have to be. Fast charging is enabled on my Note 4. Suddenly, it stopped working. The battery charge was low (21%), so I turned the phone off overnight so it would charge faster. I forgot to turn it on the next morning. I was disconnected from the charger when I noticed this. When I turned it on, it was on battery. It fully booted, then quickly rebooted. Eventually it would reboot after about two seconds trying to boot. After watching this video, I attached it to the charger I have in the car. It booted! I was very happy until I got home. As soon as I disconnected it from the charger, it rebooted. (Battery was at 89% charge.) So I came inside and swapped the battery for an older one that won't hold a charge very long. With that battery, fast charge works again and the phone doesn't reboot when I disconnect the charger. I can't say this will be a permanent fix, but I definitely had a battery that went bad. (I can't say it didn't overheat, but there was no bulge.) I don't believe that there are fake Samsung batteries being sold for cheap on e-Bay. I think Samsung used multiple suppliers over time. Samsung no longer sells batteries for the Note 4 and the battery is unique to this model. There are old OEM Samsung batteries for sale on e-Bay, but batteries degrade over time whether they're being used or sitting on a shelf, and Samsung does not put a date code on their batteries. I noticed that if I put mine in airplane mode with wifi on for the first time in months I was able to get the battery in the red at 1%. Im so clueless? This battery was boot looping at 70% and wont turn on till charger is connected Then I did the calibration and wiped partition which made it start boot looping at 24% Better than the last better that was ready to explode and was boot looping at 27% . I permanently solved the boot loop problem. You are going to kick yourself. People are rebooting phones downloading new boot software, changing batteries, changing phones and nothing worked, until I noticed it went into the download mode which requires the battery be romoved. how did it do that I thoughy if the battery is in? Yureka. It's the battery terminals. I took a jewlers screwdriver and contact cleaner and cleaned the battery contacts and phone contacts. and put vaseline on both contacts and voila. No more boot loop. Obviously the battery anufacterers were cheap and didn't use pure gold plating and they oxidize. Cheap bastards.

just get a new battery from samsung the actual store... use the brand new battery until it dies... then let it fully charge while it's turned off ... your problem is solved.....

I'll save other people the trouble of watching this unhelpful video. It's just about not using fast charging. This is NOT a way to fix the bootloop problem. Basically, the implied "fix" is that you get a new battery, then the "prevention" (not a true fix) is to remove the fast charge setting. This in no way FIXES the problem if it's not caused by a battery, like mine where I put in a brand new battery at the store and it keeps rebooting.

FYI, this is how I fixed my Samsung Galaxy Note 4. You probably got the fake/copy/replica battery that you don't even know of. I would not post stupid video and lie to my viewers. Your mainboard must be overheated, so there's no hope for your dead device.

My battery drain to fast I disabled a lot of app but the problem is not solved my phone shout down on 30% then said my battery is 1% then when i take off the battery and return it again it’s back to 30% for some minutes then shut down again, my fast charge is work well but the drain is the problem, do you then replace new battery will fix that problem?
